The 404 Veterinary Emergency and Referral Hospital is a specialty veterinary referral hospital with board-certified specialists in the disciplines of surgery, internal medicine, dermatology and anesthesia. The 404 is also home to “Bailey’s Canine Hydrotherapy Center”, a one of a kind facility offering fitness, wellness and rehabilitation programs tailored by veterinarians certified in canine rehab. We are seeking a part time Technician Assistant/Client Care Specialist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be a believer in the possibilities of high quality veterinary medicine and patient care—with the expertise and technical know-how to make them happen.
In this position you will be supporting our Doctors and Technician team by creating a positive, low-stress atmosphere for our clients and patients.
This is a dual role for the right person who enjoys variety and making a difference in pet’s lives:
You enjoy greeting clients in a friendly manner addressing their requests and concerns and take the time to build lasting relationships
You are able to multitask performing various administrative duties
You are always willing to lend a hand assisting Veterinarians and Technicians with various tasks and treatment of pet patients
You are compassionate and caring while feeding and walking pet patients
The patient’s comfort is important to you so are responsible cleaning kennels and completing general hospital maintenance tasks.
