Dr. Mark Roozen employed as Kentucky’s replacement state veterinarian
FRANKFORT (Nov. 28, 2023)– The Kentucky State Board of Agriculture (SBOA) has unanimously authorized Dr. Mark Roozen to function as the new Deputy State Veterinarian at the Kentucky Department of Agriculture (KDA).
