Police release monitoring video of suspects in instance of canine being dragged by vehicle

A German Shepherd Mix named Church was found at Gospel Mission Church Friday, January 29. Surveillance video clip revealed the dog was linked to a vehicle as well as dragged about the church parking area the night before by two people in a white vehicle.
Church participants took the pet to Andes-Straley Veterinary hospital Saturday morning. Head veterinarian, Dr. Gary Andes, stated his personnel has done a terrific job helping the dog fix up.
