Texas Man Charged With Animal Cruelty After Alleging Dog Died Of Depression

After at first asserting that his pet passed away of depression, a 40-year-old male has actually been charged with animal cruelty. Rose apparently told the San Antonio Animal Care Officers that his canine had passed away of anxiety. Authorities found with examinations that next-door neighbors identified Rose bring the canine by its neck.
